Paradigm Search Group was founded with one mission: to change the service delivery paradigm in plastic surgery recruitment. After identifying a gap in expertise and quality of service in the plastic surgery market, we aimed to help provide needed resources and expertise in this highly specialized niche. We have a narrow focus; we serve select clients seeking a dedicated partner in recruiting top talent in plastic surgery, cosmetic surgery, and aesthetics. Our commitment to service excellence, coupled with market-leading resources and expertise, allows us to deliver results like no other.
Meet our Founder
With over 25 years in healthcare staffing including physician, advanced provider and allied health, I have gained a wide range of experience and knowledge. From starting a new company, scaling a small company to leading one of the nation’s largest physician staffing groups, I have seen the full spectrum and learned many lessons along the way. Throughout my career, I found lasting success results from a focus on client service. The client relationships created as a result are also far more rewarding than short term, transactional wins. My passion is serving clients to foster long-term partnerships built on trust and accountability. In creating Paradigm Search Group, I engaged an expert team of industry veterans to create a service platform that is second to none.
