Meet our Founder
With over 20 years in healthcare staffing including physician, advanced provider and allied health, I have gained a wide range of experience and knowledge. From starting a new company, scaling a small company to leading one of the nation’s largest physician staffing groups, I have seen the full spectrum and learned many lessons along the way. Throughout my career, I found lasting success results from a focus on client service. The client relationships created as a result are also far more rewarding than short term, transactional wins. My passion is serving clients to foster long-term partnerships built on trust and accountability. In creating Paradigm Search Group, I engaged an expert team of industry veterans to create a service platform that is second to none.
